Manual Object Studio focuses on the hand-making process of the user, we strive to design with utmost sensitivity to the customer's experience of the product in the their hands. 

As this is a new concept of approaching apparel construction, we hope you understand that it is hard to make comparisons to existing clothing in the market. The construction is completely different, and methods of hiding unwanted raw edges and seams are different as well. Much more effort and thought has been put into the design, to completely 're-learn' apparel construction, and communicate it to our manufacturers.

We take pride in our design and believe we have achieved the quality that we set out for. One thing you are guaranteed for sure, is a great and easy process of constructing and owing a piece of garment that is truly decided and styled by you. You will be getting a novel experience and product, that is not available on any other existing modular clothing today.

Every continued support will be deeply cherished, as we continue our passion in apparel construction and material research, to bring you even more developed products in future.

We meticulously check each product before shipping, but If we had failed in doing so, please reach out to us and we would really want to try and work something out!

Return & Exchange Period

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of outdoor use, wear or dirt, be unwashed, and with tags still on.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  • You will be asked to pay the costs of return and you will not be refunded any shipping costs, import duties or taxes you have already paid.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Entire Process

  • To start a return, contact us at info@manualobject.com, informing us your order number and explaining your reason for return. Our staff will assist you from there, we will find out more on your situation and determine the reasonable action to proceed.
  • Once received approval from us, you must send off the goods from your place within 14 days.
  • We will do a physical inspection once the product have arrived back to us.
  • For Refunds, we may reduce the amount refunded to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by you. 
  • We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Your refund will be made once we receive the product back from you and once the products have been inspected. This procedure typically takes 7-10 working days

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do note that if the product you bought was a 'SET' Item, the components should have never been removed or re-adjusted as well, as it would mean it has been used for its re-attachable functionality.
